目的:研究六月雪全草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、反相中压柱色谱和制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,运用波谱数据并结合文献鉴定化学结构。结果:从六月雪全草中分离得到了11个化合物,分别鉴定为:3-羟基-1,2-二甲氧基蒽醌(1)、1,2,4-三甲氧基-3-羟基-6-甲基蒽醌(2)、大黄素(3)、松脂素(4)、杜仲树脂酚(5)、(7S,8R)-苯并二氢呋喃新木脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、羽扇豆醇(7)、淫羊藿次苷F2(8)、没食子酸(9)、咖啡酸甲酯(10)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)。结论:其中,化合物1~3、6~11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物4、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the whole snow in June. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, reversed phase medium pressure column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. The chemical structures were identified by spectral data and literature. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 3-hydroxy-1,2-dimethoxyanthraquinone (1), 1,2,4-trimethoxy-3- (5), (7S, 8R) -chromanol-lignan-4-O (6), lupeol (7), epimedium F2 (8), gallic acid (9), caffeic acid methyl ester (10), 4-hydroxy- Phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (11). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 ~ 3 and 6 ~ 11 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
