如果一家企业在获得建材绿标期间出现了影响环境的恶性事件和重大质量事故,主管部门将责令绿色建材评价机构撤销其绿色标识,两年内不得再次申请,并通过信息发布平台向社会公布,这是住房城乡建设部、工业和信息化部日前发布的《绿色建材评价标识管理办法》中规定的“硬杠杠”。这就意味着,我国建材行业对绿标不搞终身制。此次《办法》规定的绿色建材评价标识由低至高共分一星级、二星级和三星级3个等级,住房城乡建设
