全国政协委员支训知,在政协九届五次会议上,有一篇题为《规划能源需求,加速开发海外石油》的千字书面发言。最近他又接受记者的采访、就21世纪前50年这样相当长时间的能源问题、主要是有关石油和天然气的境外开发问题,进一步阐释发表了他的真知灼见。
The members of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) supported and learned that at the fifth session of the Ninth CPPCC National Committee, there was a written statement entitled “Planning Energy Demand and Accelerating the Development of Overseas Oil.” Recently, he also received an interview with reporters, and he further expressed his insights on the energy issues in the first 50 years of the 21st century, mainly related to overseas development of oil and natural gas.
