建立完善的行政问责体系,是建设服务型政府的重要组成部分。而目前,我国行政问责制度还存在诸多问题,问责依据和机制的缺乏,问责法律体系的不完善,都使行政问责在实践中的发展受到阻碍。只有转变观念,增强责任意识,同时明确相关制度,构建问责环境,并完善我国行政问责法律体系,才能有利于我国行政问责制的进一步发展。
Establishing and perfecting the system of administrative accountability is an important part of building a service-oriented government. At present, there are still many problems in China’s administrative accountability system. The lack of accountability bases and mechanisms and the imperfect accountability legal system all hinder the development of administrative accountability in practice. Only by changing our concepts, increasing our sense of responsibility, at the same time clarifying relevant systems, building an accountability environment and perfecting the legal system of administrative accountability in our country, can we further the development of China’s administrative accountability system.
