人才是出版社的核心竞争力之一,名牌编辑的品牌影响力决定了出版社的图书品牌和自身品牌塑造。要充分发挥名牌编辑的强大作用,出版社要树立新型出版人才观,创造良好环境;赋予名牌编辑较大的自主权和灵活性;建立并完善科学合理的绩效考核机制和激励机制;保障人才持续成长。针对行政干预较多、收入分配差距不大、配套设施不足、人文关怀不够等制约名牌编辑发展的因素,出版社应简政放权,打开上升通道;加大收入分配梯度,充分市场化运作;提高人才的忠诚度,设法留住人才。
