目的:应用氩离子激光结合漂白剂对变色且完成根管充填治疗的无髓前牙分别进行牙面或牙面与髓腔内漂白。观察漂白后牙齿出现症状的情况来判断激光辅助漂白牙齿的安全性。方法:在口腔内科门诊随机选取变色且完成根管充填治疗的无髓前牙48颗,分为对照组和实验组。应用氩离子激光结合35%过氧化氢凝胶将2组牙齿分别进行牙面漂白或牙面与髓腔漂白。观察漂白后牙齿出现症状的情况来判断激光辅助漂白牙齿的安全性。结果:氩离子激光结合漂白剂进行牙面与髓腔内漂白过的无髓前牙术后出现牙齿根尖周受损症状。结论:应用氩离子激光结合漂白剂进行髓腔内漂白牙齿应慎重,以免造成对牙尖周的损伤。
OBJECTIVE: To apply argon ion laser combined with bleaching agent to bleaching the tooth surface or the tooth surface and intramedullary canal of unmedicated anterior teeth, which are discolored and endodontically treated. Observed bleached teeth after the occurrence of symptoms to determine the safety of laser-assisted bleaching teeth. Methods: Forty-eight non-anterior pulp teeth were randomly selected to undergo discoloration and root canal filling in the dental clinic. The rats were divided into control group and experimental group. Argon ion laser combined with 35% hydrogen peroxide gel was used to bleach the tooth surface and the tooth surface respectively with the two groups of teeth. Observed bleached teeth after the occurrence of symptoms to determine the safety of laser-assisted bleaching teeth. Results: Argon laser combined with bleaching agent showed the symptoms of periapical periodontal damage after bleaching anterior pulp without pulp. CONCLUSIONS: Argon ion laser combined with bleaching agent should be carefully used to bleach teeth in the medullary cavity to avoid damage to the cuspids.
