目的了解淮南地区宫川棘口吸虫自然疫源地情况。方法调查淮南洛河、窑河、高溏湖和焦岗湖4水域的家鸭和淡水螺类,收集家鸭粪便并用改良厚涂片法查找宫川棘口吸虫卵;取静水椎实螺经压片、镜检,分离雷蚴、尾蚴和囊蚴,并将分离获得的囊蚴感染雏鸭;解剖购自渔民的家鸭和人工感染的雏鸭,取肠管分离成虫。结果家鸭粪便中宫川棘口吸虫卵检出率为19.50%(39/200);静水椎实螺中雷蚴、尾蚴检出率为1.63%(13/800),囊蚴检出率为6.63%(53/800);家鸭肠管内成虫的检出率为21.67%(13/60),经囊蚴感染的雏鸭肠管内可分离出成虫。结论淮南地区存在宫川棘口吸虫自然疫源地,其生活史可在静水椎实螺和雏鸭体内完成。
Objective To understand the natural foci of Miyagi and Miyagi in Mianyang, Huainan, China. METHODS: Domestic duck and freshwater snails were collected from 4 lakes of Luohe, Yaohe, Gaohuang and Jiaoogang in Huainan, and the excrement of domestic duck was collected and the larvae of M. paramylon were collected by modified thick smear method. After compression, microscopic examination, the separation of erythrocytes, cercariae and metacercariae, and the separation of the larvae infected with metacercaria; dissected from the fishermen’s duck and artificially infected ducklings, intestinal separation of adult worms. Results The detection rate of M. paragonimus eggs was 19.50% (39/200) in the feces of domestic duck, the detection rate was 1.63% (13/800) Was 6.63% (53/800). The detection rate of adult worms in intestine was 21.67% (13/60). Adult adults could be isolated from the intestine of ducklings infected with metacercariae. Conclusions There is a natural foci of Miyagi and Miyagi in Huainan area, and its life history can be completed in the solid snails and ducklings.
