投资估算在电力建设工程投资控制中起着十分重要的作用，然而目前使用的３种计算投资估算的方法，都存在着不足。鉴于投资估算过程中存在着大量的模糊现象，此文把模型数学理论引入送电工程的投资估算中，建立了详细的模糊数学估算模型，并应用这一模型对若干送电工程实例进行验算，证明了此方法的可行性和有效性。
Investment estimation plays an important role in the investment control of power construction projects. However, there are still some shortcomings in the three methods used to estimate investment at present. In view of the large amount of ambiguities in the investment estimation process, this paper introduces model mathematical theory into the investment estimation of power transmission project, establishes a detailed fuzzy mathematical estimation model, and uses this model to carry on the checking calculation to several power transmission engineering examples, It proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
