经济的全球化、一体化促进了科技的创新发展,也为知识产权制度的完善提出了新的要求。随着知识经济的进展与知识产权私权化的扩张,加速了知识创造者主体与非主体之间的矛盾冲突,在社会权利体系中存在着私权与公权的博弈。这一博弈的解决,是促进我国科技创新与经济发展的重要杠杆。
The globalization and integration of economy have promoted the innovation and development of science and technology and put forward new requirements for the improvement of the system of intellectual property. With the progress of knowledge-based economy and the expansion of privatization of intellectual property, the contradictions and conflicts between the main body and the non-main body of knowledge creature are accelerated. There exists a game between private right and public right in the social right system. The solution to this game is an important lever for promoting scientific and technological innovation and economic development in our country.
