对32例孔源性视网膜脱离病人视网膜下液(SRF)及血液中载脂蛋白E(apoE)、胆固醇(CH)和甘油三酯(TG)进行了测定.结果表明SRF中apoE的含量与视网膜脱离的范围密切相关(P<0.001).SRF中apoE含量与视网膜脱离的时间亦相关(P<0.01);但超过3月后就无明显变化.SRF中apoE与血液中apoE水平不相关(P>0.05).
In 32 cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, the subretinal fluid (SRF) and blood apoE, cholesterol (CH) and triglyceride (TG) were measured.The results showed that the content of apoE in SRF was significantly lower than that in the retina The level of apoE in SRF was also correlated with the time of retinal detachment (P <0.01), but there was no significant change after more than 3 months.The level of apoE in SRF was not correlated with the level of apoE in blood (P > 0.05).
