10月15日上午,《黑龙江省志·农垦志》(1986~2005)出版发行仪式在省农垦总局党校培训中心举行,省农垦总局党委副书记邹积慧、省地方志办公室副主任袁建勋出席仪式并讲话。邹积慧在讲话中指出,《黑龙江省志·农垦志》的出版发行是垦区精神文明建设的一大成果,为垦区的文化宝库增添了新的内容。这本书的一大特点是时空恢宏,时间跨度大。1986年到2005年是垦区开发建设
