百善煤矿位于安徽省淮北市濉溪县境内,原设计能力为45万t/年,是一座中型无烟煤矿井,1974年破土兴建,1979年达产。1982年以来,矿井先后进行了两次技术改造,现实际生产能力达130万t,已连续四年原煤产量突破百万吨大关,成为全国地方煤矿生产能力最大的矿井。投产12年来,累计为国家生产原煤891.5万t,实现利税5974万元,创外汇1889万美元,为振兴安徽经济做出了贡献。百善煤矿先后50余次被煤炭部、能源部、省市命名为先进企业,1988年晋升为省级先进企业,1989年矿井实现了机械化并通过了国家二级企业的审核验收。百善煤矿煤层赋存条件较好,煤厚一般
