西藏社会中存在的矛盾纠纷,除具有一般民族地区矛盾纠纷的共性外,还具有其自身的特点。随着社会经济的进一步发展,新的利益纠纷和社会矛盾不断显现,只有提高法律意识、完善纠纷处理机制、提高执法监管效能、完善民族地区自治权,才能逐步有效地预防和解决西藏社会中的矛盾纠纷。
The conflicts and disputes that exist in Tibetan society have their own characteristics in addition to the commonalities of conflicts and disputes in the general ethnic areas. With the further development of the society and economy, new interest disputes and social contradictions continue to emerge.
