食物中毒作为最常见的食源性疾病之一,一直是食品卫生工作的重要内容。本文就上海市浦东新区近5年食物中毒发生情况进行分析,以研究本区食物中毒发生规律,探讨相应预防控制措施。
Food poisoning, one of the most common food-borne diseases, has always been an important part of food hygiene efforts. This article analyzes the occurrence of food poisoning in Shanghai Pudong New Area in the recent 5 years to study the law of food poisoning in this area and to explore the corresponding prevention and control measures.
