李老师、刘处长还有各位同学,大家午安!我们台湾~(〔1〕)是说午安。那么很高兴有这个机会,到人民大学。事实上这是我第三次来人民大学,前两次是以采访的性质来的。这一次刚好在北京有公务,所以就利用一个短暂的时间,跟李老师这边的接触有一点匆忙。我很高兴有这个机会可以走进校园跟各位同学见面。其实今天这个议题的设计也不是特别严谨,就是想把台湾那边的检察制度、刑事诉讼制度跟大家做一个介绍跟交流。因为我自己比较早就接触了两岸事物,机会比较多,那我接触的人或事比较多。从这几年来我自己在大陆对法学方面的变革发展有一些观察,所以我也提出来自己的一些心得体会,其实就是一个交流,所以我把今天的
