[目的]评价2甲4氯钠在玉米上使用的安全性,建立其使用规范。[方法]样品采用酸碱调节pH值混合溶剂提取,层析柱净化,高效液相色谱VWD检测器进行检测,外标法定量。[结果]在植株和土壤中半衰期分别为1.4~2.7、1.8~4.8 d;检测的玉米籽粒、玉米植株及土壤中2甲4氯钠的残留量均低于0.05 mg/kg。[结论]结合日本和欧盟在玉米上2甲4氯钠最大残留限量,拟推荐我国2甲4氯钠在玉米和玉米秸秆上的最大残留限量为0.1 mg/kg。
[Objective] The research aimed to evaluate the safety of 2-methyl-4-chloro-sodium in maize and establish its use standard. [Method] The samples were extracted by acid - base pH adjusting mixed solvent extraction, purified by column chromatography and detected by high performance liquid chromatography (VWD) detector, and quantified by external standard method. [Result] The half-lives in plant and soil ranged from 1.4 to 2.7 and from 1.8 to 4.8 d respectively. The residues of 2, 4, 4-chloro-sodium in the tested maize kernels, corn plants and soils were lower than 0.05 mg / kg. [Conclusion] Based on the maximum residue limits of 2 MCPD in maize from Japan and the EU, the maximum residue limit of 2 MCP4 on corn and corn stover was proposed to be 0.1 mg / kg.
