本文报道了利用基因工程技术在大肠杆菌中表达人重组骨形态发生蛋白Ⅲ。运用PCR技术,从质粒pSP64/hBMP3中扩增出约0.33kb的hBMP3cDNA片断,然后亚克隆到表达质粒pMS31b申,在大肠杆菌一成功地高效表达出人BMP3融合蛋白,表达产物具有体内诱导异位化骨的趋势。
This article reports the use of genetic engineering techniques to express human recombinant bone morphogenetic protein III in E. coli. The hBMP3 cDNA fragment of about 0.33 kb was amplified by PCR from plasmid pSP64 / hBMP3 and subcloned into expression plasmid pMS31b.
