What is core competence? Different people have different understandings. Some people say that it is a leading product. Some people say it is a leading technology. Some people say that it is an excellent talent. Some people say that it is an advanced corporate culture. I agree with the latter view. Because core competitiveness includes core resources as well as core competences and core expertise, it is a sustainable competitive advantage of an enterprise. Regardless of product, technology or talent, it is an enterprise nuclear
