在学校管理过程中,管理工作越来越走向科学化、规范化、程序化、制度化,越来越多的学校重视制定规章制度,从岗位职责到物品管理,越订越细,这对学校工作的正常开展,提高管理效率发挥了重要作用。但一些学校在重视制度管理的过程中却忽视了人文管理,使学校变的呆板、生硬,缺乏应有的朝气与活力,影响了师生积极性和创造性的发展。笔者认为,应重新认识制度管理和人文管理的关系。
