The journal was organized by the China Journalists Association and China Society of Journalism and Photography, and the 7th National Newspaper Editor-in-chief Photojournalism Symposium hosted by Shaanxi Daily Newspaper and Shaanxi Press Photo Society was held in mid-October in Xi’an. Yu Ning, president of China Society of Photographic Society, gave a keynote speech on “creating a new glory for China’s news photography.” The report described the theory of “equal emphasis on both graphic and graphic, two wings flying together.” On the first “Hua Sai”
