患者男,22岁,因双眼行放射状角膜切开术后一个月,左眼视力不佳伴不适感,于1993年2月1日收入院,一个月之前,该患者因双眼屈光不正于当地医院行双眼放射状角膜切开术,右眼手术顺利,左眼术后有数刀切穿,术后前房不形成10余日,自觉畏光,流泪,视力欠佳,行滴药、结膜下注射治疗(药名不详)。自觉症状无明显好转,视力未提高、无眼痛等其它不适。全身体检未见异常。眼部检查:术前双眼屈光均为-3.50D,矫正视力1.2。本次入院检查:视力:右0.4,戴-1.25DS=1.2,左
