[目的]丁香菌酯是一种新型杀菌剂,其分析方法未见文献报道,因此建立了其快捷、高效的分析方法。[方法]采用反相液相色谱内标法,使用ODS C_(18)不锈钢色谱柱,以联苯为内标物,以甲醇-水(体积比75:25)为流动相,以二极管阵列检测器在230 nm处对20%丁香菌酯悬浮剂进行定量分析。[结果]在该色谱条件下基线平稳,丁香菌酯、内标物和杂质能得到较好地分离,保留时间适中。丁香菌酯的平均回收率为100.01%,标准偏差为0.1260,变异系数为0.62%,线性相关系数为0.9998。[结论]该方法简便、快捷,为丁香菌酯质量控制以及质检机构的检测提供了准确、有效的分析方法。
[Objective] Cypermethrin is a new type of bactericide. The method of its analysis has not been reported in the literature, so its rapid and efficient analytical method has been established. [Method] The samples were separated by reversed-phase liquid chromatography (HPLC) with internal standard method, ODS C 18 stainless steel column, biphenyl as internal standard and methanol-water (75:25 by volume) The 20% SLX suspension was quantified at 230 nm. [Result] Under the chromatographic conditions, the baseline was stable, and the contents of syringomycin, internal standard and impurities were well separated and the retention time was moderate. The average recoveries of cloacin were 100.01%, the standard deviation was 0.1260, the coefficient of variation was 0.62% and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998. [Conclusion] The method was simple and rapid, and provided an accurate and effective analytical method for the quality control of cloacin and the detection of quality inspection agencies.
