在实际的教学实践中,普遍存在因管理环节不完善而造成的低效现象。不合理教学方式的存在,严重地制约了学生学习质量的提高。学生学习依赖性强,自己主动思考、解决问题的能力欠缺。从总体上进行结构性调整,将教学重心放到基本知识、基本概念的掌握和学习上,安排专人密切关注新的教学方法和模式,及时进行研究借鉴。在日常的学习中善于培养学生的自主性,减少依赖性,逐步实现学生的自我评价、自我管理、自我总结、自我提高。
In the actual teaching practice, there is a widespread inefficiency caused by imperfect management. The existence of irrational teaching methods has seriously hampered the improvement of students’ learning quality. Students rely heavily on learning, their own ability to think and solve problems is lacking. From the overall structural adjustment, the teaching center of gravity will be placed on the mastery and study of basic knowledge and basic concepts, and special attention will be paid to new teaching methods and modes so as to draw lessons from them in a timely manner. In daily learning, students should be good at cultivating students’ autonomy, reducing their dependence and gradually realizing self-evaluation, self-management, self-summary and self-improvement.
