[目的]了解龙岩市宾馆、酒店集中空调通风系统卫生状况。[方法]2011年7～8月,对龙岩市14家宾馆、酒店(市级6家、县区级8家)的集中空调通风系统送风管内的积尘样品,检测风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数。[结果]合计检测14家宾馆、酒店样品70份,合格的21份,合格率为30.00%。样品合格率,市级为56.67%、县区级为10.00%(P<0.05);表面积尘量为52.86%,表面细菌为84.29%,风管内表面真菌为48.57%。[结论]龙岩市宾馆、酒店的集中空调通风系统风管积尘污染严重,县区级宾馆、酒店污染更突出。
[Objective] To understand the hygienic condition of the central air conditioning and ventilation system of hotels and restaurants in Longyan City. [Method] From July to August 2011, samples of dust in air supply pipes of 14 air conditioning and ventilation systems of 14 hotels and hotels (6 at the municipal level and 8 at the county level) in Longyan City were collected to measure the amount of dust on the inner surface of the air duct. The total number of bacteria, the total number of fungi. [Result] A total of 14 hotels and 70 hotel samples were tested, of which 21 were qualified, with a pass rate of 30.00%. The passing rate of samples was 56.67% at the municipal level and 10.00% at the county level (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Longyan City hotels, hotels centralized air-conditioning ventilation duct dust pollution serious, county-level hotels, hotel pollution more prominent.
