学科知识服务的发展对学科馆员服务能力提出了新要求。文章在阐释“学科知识服务能力”内涵的基础上,对学科馆员学科知识服务能力的层次与构成进行了梳理、归纳,将学科馆员知识服务能力归纳为一般学科知识服务能力、较高学科知识服务能力和最高学科知识服务能力3个能力层次以及相应的8个能力项目,探讨了加强学科知识服务能力建设的3个机制,即建立考核激励机制、人才培养机制和知识共享机制。
The development of subject knowledge service has set new requirements on the service ability of subject librarians. Based on the explanation of the connotation of “subject knowledge service ability ”, the article sorts out the level and constitution of subject librarian knowledge service ability, and summarizes the knowledge service ability of subject librarians as general discipline knowledge service ability Three disciplines of knowledge service ability and the highest subject knowledge service ability, and the corresponding eight capacity projects, explored three mechanisms to strengthen the capability of knowledge service of subject, that is, the establishment of evaluation and incentive mechanism, personnel training mechanism and knowledge sharing mechanism.
