人流是避孕失败的重要补救措施,但因人流时机械扩张宫颈和吸宫引起的剧烈疼痛给育龄妇女带来慌恐和不安,为减轻其痛苦,我院于1994年7月至1995年4月应用宫术安栓做人流术前给药50例,取得良好的效果,报告如下。 资料和方法 一、对象:将做人流的妇女随机分为两组,用药组50例,孕周为6—9周,其中初孕22例(占44％),经产28例(占56％),包括剖腹产8例;未用药组60例,孕周为6—11周,其中初孕27例(占45%),经产33例(占55％)。 二、方法:术前3＇将宫术安栓1放放入受术者肛门内即可。
