当前,随着市场经济的发展,建筑业企业面临着激烈的市场竞争,企业能否在市场竞争中立于不败之地,关键在于企业能否为社会提供质量高、工期短、造价低的建筑产品。目前越来越多的建筑业企业感到市场竞争的压力。根据清单试点的经验,工程造价比定额方式降低10%~15%,这使得利润空间明显减少。在这种形式下,如何在中标后严格控制工程成本,使期望利润成为现实利润就成为建筑业企业考虑的首要问题。现将对于在施工项目中如何对成本进行预测和决策进行和讨论,最后对其中所遇到的关键问题进行分析并总结。
