股骨头无菌性骨坏死(aseptic bone necrosis of the femoral head,ABNFH)为甾类皮质激素(以下简称激素)治疗的严重并发症之一。近年来国内外很为重视,特别强调早期诊断和治疗,以防止发生股骨头的不可逆损害。本文报告了非外伤引起的ABNFH23例,有19例发生在正服用或曾用过激素的过程中,乃进一步对服用激素一年以上,无ABNFH症状的20例患者进行X线检查,发现2例已存在早期的ABNFH。现将这21例与激素治疗有关的ABNFH报告如下。
