一个县级图书馆,人不在多,而在于精;头不在多,而在通。要想把一个县馆办好;首先必须建设一支思想硬业务精的图书馆专业干部队伍。几年来,我馆在提高业务人员的专业素质上做了以下几方面工作:一、举办业务学习班1987年我馆搬入了新馆舍,同时增编进馆六人。这六人中只有一名中专毕业生,其余全是初中生。我们集中六十天时间对他们进行业务培训,由业务馆长讲课,使用电大图书馆学专业的有关教材。教学认真,要求严格,采取阅卷考试和实际操作,检查学习效果。通过培训,使他们对专业课产生了浓厚的兴趣,都获得了良好的学习成绩,都能担负起所承担的工作。
