在当前多元音乐文化背景下,音乐艺术类专业的人才培养已经成了高等职业教育中不可忽视的重要组成部分,随着高职院校招生规模的不断扩大以及艺术生就业形势的日益严峻,高职院校音乐专业学生能否适应当前的就业形势与市场要求,学生毕业后自身的知识结构与实践能力,是否能在强大的就业竞争中继续传承音乐文化艺术,已成为亟待思考并解决的难题。
