Based on the hydrogen-like nλ characteristics of the Rydberg orbit, we classify the 68 electronic states that have been observed and theoretically calculated by the 7Li2 experiment and classify these states as verifying pervading Rydberg states and verifying non-penetrating Reed Fort states. Perturbations of the two-electron excited state and the Rydberg state are discussed, and the significance of this classification is also discussed
