1病例报告例1，患者男，44岁。高空作业时头上足下位摔伤6．7颈椎，以颈椎外伤后40天，高位截瘫入院。查体：双上肢运动存在，双下肢感觉运动功能丧失，大小便失禁，高烧39℃，肉眼血尿并有时尿血块。急检血常规：WBC17．2×109L，尿常规：Pr（仰），RBC满视野。B超检查：膀胱
1 case report 1, male patient, 44 years old. High altitude work head upstairs lower case 6.7 cervical spine, to 40 days after cervical trauma, high paraplegia admitted. Physical examination: the existence of double upper extremity movement, loss of motor function of both lower limbs, incontinence, fever 39 ℃, gross hematuria and sometimes urinary tract. Urgent blood test: WBC17.2 × 109L, urine: Pr (Yang), RBC full field of vision. B-ultrasound: bladder
