冶金型直流起重机一般用于冶炼、锻造和铸造车间。由于工作任务繁重,工作环境恶劣,因而对起重机的工作安全系数要求比一般起重机要高得多,主卷扬大多采用双电机拖动。本文针对我厂铸钢车间150/30吨钢水浇注用直流起重机的150吨主卷扬电气控制系统进行了一项改进,效果显著。现将此项改进原理说明如下。此台直流浇注起重机,主卷扬采用双电动机拖动,直流电动机型号为:ZZ-72,77千瓦,440伏,串励,控制屏型号为-10138,对应国产新型号为PQZ2604-34A4。由于一年前发生一起电气控制失灵重大事故,所以对此屏的主电路进行了有效的改进。这台设备曾在吊运钢水时,起重机司机把主令控制器正常操作放回零位置停车时,发生制动电磁
Metallurgical DC cranes are generally used in smelting, forging and casting workshops. Due to the heavy workload and poor working environment, the working safety factor of cranes is much higher than that of general cranes. Most of the main winches use double-motor dragging. In this paper, a cast iron workshop 150/30 tons of steel pouring DC cranes with 150 tons of main winch electrical control system for an improvement, the effect is significant. The principle of this improvement is described below.
