一、前言我段从60年代初开始修建沥青路面,目前,黑色路面占列养里程的64.4%,平均每年养护用沥青950多吨(不包括工程用沥青),多年来,对沥青都是采用露天储存,用煤、柴燃烧锅底加热的方法.仅公路养护加热沥青平均每年用去燃料费和加热设备维修及增设费达4万多元.沥青加热能耗大,成本高、污染重、效率低,施工养护生产时职工的劳动强度
