介绍封口膜密封法测定压实沥青混合料空隙率。通过与常用空隙率试验方法对比,分析表干法、蜡封法、水中重法以及封口膜密封法的优缺点。封口膜密封法操作简单、对试验设备要求低,可以方便地测出吸水率大于2%的沥青混合料试件空隙率。试验结果表明:开口空隙体积对试件空隙率影响较大,封口膜密封法得到的空隙率比蜡封法大,数据的变异性比蜡封法小。
Sealing film sealing method is introduced to measure the porosity of compacted asphalt mixture. By comparing with the common porosity test method, the advantages and disadvantages of surface dry method, wax sealing method, water heavy method and sealing film sealing method are analyzed. Sealed membrane sealing method is simple, low requirements on the test equipment, can easily measure the water absorption rate greater than 2% of the asphalt mixture sample porosity. The experimental results show that the void volume of the opening has a greater influence on the void ratio of the specimen, the void ratio of the sealing film sealing method is larger than that of the wax sealing method, and the data variability is smaller than that of the wax sealing method.
