目的探讨提高静脉穿刺成功率快速建立可靠静脉通道有效抢救重症休克患者的方法。方法选取我科因各种原因引起的休克患者50例,根据休克患者建立紧急静脉通道时的特点,提出对策,以保证能紧急、快速地建立可靠静脉通路。结果根据50例休克患者建立紧急静脉通道时的特点与难点的探讨,并提出应对对策,以总结护理经验的方式记录在案,并在抢救休克患者时实施运用,能快速建立可靠静脉通道,有效提高抢救率。结论建立畅通可靠的静脉通道,保证药物和液体准确迅速地进入人体内,是危重病人抢救成功与否的前提条件。
