为观察新型超抗原制剂高聚金葡素在治疗癌性胸水中肿瘤标志物CEA,CT,Cy_21-1水平动态变化,借以评估治疗效果.采用住院病人共61例,经病理证实均为癌性胸腔积液,随机分为高聚金葡素治疗组19例和白介素-2对照组24例,治疗前后采用放免分析方法同时测定胸水及血清中CEA.CT、Cy_(21-1)含量,观察其动态变化,方法采用负压引净胸水后胸腔内灌注高聚金葡素 5000 U/次肌注1000U/d,对照组同法胸腔内灌注白介素-240万U/次,肌注10万U/d,30d为1疗程.治疗组与对照组治疗前与治疗后3种肿瘤标志物均有明显下降,前后均值比较P<0.01,而两组治疗后3种肿
To observe the dynamic changes of tumor markers CEA, CT, and Cy_21-1 levels in cancerous pleural effusions treated with novel super antigen preparations, staphylococcin aureus, in order to evaluate the therapeutic effects.
