妇女是半边天。职工家属革命化,对职工和企业的革命化都具有重大的意义。家属革命化,首先就要使家属劳动化。通过生产劳动,使无产阶级思想占领分散而又广阔的家庭阵地。这里介绍的是,一个水电工地以大庆家属革命化为样板,组织职工家属自力更生搞集体生产的经验。由于方向明确,方法对头,并给予必要的扶植,因而收到了较为显著的效果。各地在组织职工家属集体生产劳动中,在劳力的安排上,要因地制宜,有啥作啥,既可为工程服务,从事直接生产,又可参加辅助生产,也可搞些服务性劳动。在经济问题上,要实行“两本帐”,把全民所有制与集体所有制划分清楚。

In organizing collective labor for the families of staff and workers all over the country, labor arrangements should be tailored to local conditions and have some ways of doing things. They can serve engineering, engage in direct production, participate in auxiliary production, and engage in service-oriented labor. On the economic issue, we should implement the “two accounts” and make a clear distinction between ownership by the whole people and collective ownership.
