乍一看来,水利工程与资源水利似乎并没有直接联系,其实不然,水利工程与资源水利在内涵和特点方面存在着千丝万缕的联系,本文系统地阐述了水利工程与资源水利的内涵和特点,并创造性地提出了由水利工程向资源水利发展的观点,旨在进一步提高我国水利工程的建设水平,实现我国水力资源方面的可持续发展。
At first glance, water conservancy projects do not seem to be directly linked to resource and water conservancy projects.
