近年来,随着我国社会经济与现代科技的不断发展,城市化进程的加快推进了我国现代工程建筑企业的发展,国民经济增长速度也大幅提高。当下,基于我国社会主义市场经济高速发展的时代背景,建筑工程企业作为国民经济中的支柱产业,市场竞争越来越激烈,对人们的生产生活产生重要的影响。而建筑工程的造价管理是现代工程建设施工单位的成本控制基础,对投资建设管理具有重要作用,是实现企业经济效益与长期盈利功能构建的关键,那么如何提高造价管理的工作质量,提高建筑工程整体项目质量,是建筑企业工程管理人员的发展方向。但目前,建筑工程造价的动态管理与控制工作的开展,受多方面因素的影响,其管理现状不容乐观。本文主要阐述了建筑工程造价动态管理,探究了其动态管理和控制的现状,剖析了影响因素,并提出了提高建筑工程造价的动态管理和控制质量的措施,借以提高建筑工程经营管理质量,实现建筑工程建设施工企业的良性发展。
