目的 探讨抑癌基因P53蛋白在原发性胆囊癌的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测了60 例原发性胆囊癌抑癌基因P53 蛋白的表达。结果 胆囊癌肿瘤细胞P53 蛋白的阳性反应率为33.3% (20/60) ,慢性胆囊炎及癌旁正常粘阳性反应率均为0,两者比较差异有显著意义(P<0 .005) 。结论 P53 蛋白的表达与肿瘤的分化程度有一定的关系,低分化胆囊腺癌中P53 蛋白阳性表达率明显高于高分化腺癌( P< 0.005),提示P53 基因的表达参与胆囊癌发生发展过程。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of tumor suppressor gene P53 in primary gallbladder carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P53 protein in 60 cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma. Results The positive rate of P53 protein in gallbladder carcinoma cells was 33.3% (20/60). The positive rates of chronic cholecystitis and adjacent normal mucosa were all 0. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). ). Conclusion The expression of P53 protein has a certain relationship with the degree of tumor differentiation. The positive rate of P53 protein expression in poorly differentiated gallbladder adenocarcinoma is significantly higher than that of well-differentiated adenocarcinoma (P<0.005), suggesting that the expression of P53 gene is involved in gallbladder cancer development process.
