采用国产培氟沙星治疗肠道、泌尿生殖系、呼吸道和皮肤软组织细菌性感染40例(男性21例,女性19例;平均年龄38±15a),剂量0.2-0.4g, bid,po,疗程7-14d。结果:总有效率为92％(37/40),细菌清除率为92％(35/38)。不良反应轻。
Domestic pefloxacin treatment of intestinal, urogenital, respiratory and skin bacterial infections in 40 cases (21 males and 19 females; average age 38 ± 15a), dose 0.2-0.4g, bid, po, treatment 7-14d. Results: The total effective rate was 92% (37/40) and the bacterial clearance rate was 92% (35/38). Adverse reactions are mild.
