本研究探讨普伐他汀对实验性高脂血症兔血脂、血浆D-二聚体及动脉粥样硬化形成的影响。结果表明,小剂量普伐他汀能明显降低实验性高脂血症兔的血清TC、TG和血浆D-二聚体,改善血凝纤溶功能、抑制其动脉粥样硬化形成。
This study was to investigate the effect of pravastatin on blood lipid, plasma D-dimer and atherosclerosis in experimental hyperlipidemic rabbits. The results showed that pravastatin at a low dose significantly reduced serum TC, TG and plasma D-dimer in experimental hyperlipidemic rabbits, and improved the hemagglutination and fibrinolytic function and inhibited the formation of atherosclerosis.
