目的建立牛乳中诺氟沙星(norfloxacin,NRF)的钇(Ⅲ)离子荧光增敏检测法。方法向牛乳样品中加入Tris-HCl缓冲液(p H 6.2)1.2 ml,以钇(Ⅲ)离子为增敏剂,室温反应10 min后,在激发波长275 nm、发射波长429 nm处进行荧光测定。结果在0.005 1~5.64μmol/L的线性范围内,该方法所得NRF的回归方程为ΔF=87.1c+19.3,r=0.999 3。该方法的检出限为1.52×10-9 mol/L,回收率为98.4%~102.7%,RSD为3.6%~4.9%。结论该方法简单、灵敏、环保,适用于牛乳中NRF的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of norfloxacin (NRF) in milk by yttrium (Ⅲ) fluorescence detection. Methods 1.2 ml of Tris-HCl buffer solution (p H 6.2) was added into the milk sample, and yttrium (Ⅲ) ion was used as sensitizer. After 10 min reaction at room temperature, the fluorescence intensity was measured at excitation wavelength of 275 nm and emission wavelength of 429 nm . The results showed that the regression equation of NRF obtained by this method was ΔF = 87.1c + 19.3 and r = 0.999 3 in the linear range of 0.005 1 ~ 5.64μmol / L. The detection limit of this method was 1.52 × 10-9 mol / L, the recoveries were 98.4% ~ 102.7%, RSD was 3.6% ~ 4.9%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and environmentally friendly and is suitable for the determination of NRF in milk.
