Taking gypsum material as the structural model of hydraulic structures and studying the problems of stress, deformation and stability of dam structures, it has been thirty years old. Nowadays, the finite element method of elasticity and the rapid development of high-speed electronic computers are still an important means to check the theoretical calculation and evaluate new design methods. Due to the development of modern science and technology, higher requirements are put forward for the technology and precision of model test. The same applies to brittle material structural models that are mainly gypsum models. The acquisition of a correct test result depends mainly on the various aspects of the model design, model fabrication and loading measurement process. Any process of carelessness, will affect the overall situation, affecting the test results can be
