三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体G2(ATP-binding cassette transporter G2,ABCG2)是ABC家族的G2成员,ABCG2作为一种转运蛋白存在于细胞膜上,对维持细胞内外环境的稳定及细胞的正常生理机能起到至关重要的作用。近年来,许多学者发现ABCG2表达于干细胞上,这些干细胞又称侧群细胞,侧群细胞常常涉及到多数肿瘤干细胞的分离与测定,因此ABCG2与肿瘤干细胞存在着紧密的联系~([1])。现就近年来肿瘤干细胞标志物ABCG2在消化系统肿瘤中的表达及作用综述如下。
