在中国绘画以及书法的审美当中,中华民族在长期的古典艺术熏陶以及艺术实践中形成了一种独特的审美理想境界——意境。意境区别于西方艺术的典型与精准,是中国特有的一种审美形式,从古至今,意境在书画作品中被看作是灵魂,一幅书画作品如果仅仅只有技法,没有意境,就不能引人入胜、发人深思,更不能带来共鸣,中国书画的审美意境是主观思想和客观自然万象相结合、相互转化直到升华的意蕴。有着超越具体形象并隐含着中国文化、审美、美学在的艺术空间。意境是中国艺术审美的特性之一,也是中国艺术创作的重要美学范畴,是衡量中国画优劣的核心所在,同时,意境也是中国艺术的灵魂。意境既是客观事物灵魂与精华的集中反映,也是艺术创作者自身情感的释放,是我国古典美学和艺术所追求的最高境界,本文着重探讨中国书法艺术所体现出来的审美意境。
