匆匆2003年让我们着实有了成就感。神州大地仿佛一下子多了许多新路,平坦宽敞,一路走来就想唱歌。生态路让我们接受了全新的概念,特大桥吸引了全世界的目光,区域联动治超成为机制创新的实质收获,养护改革建立起养管新秩序。这一年,大事太多,喜事也不少。这一年,公路人的能量获得了最大限度的释放,面对改革心态平静,追求趋于理性。这一年都在忙自己的事,这一年许多事情没有错过。
