欧盟化学品新政策即将实施,它反映了国际市场对环境和保护人类健康的要求,同时也给我国石油和化工行业带来很大影响,我国出口欧盟的化学品及其下游产品在国际贸易中的竞争力将受到削弱。要想在国际竞争中求生存求发展,企业应把质量战略作为企业的经营战略核心,同时石化行业应形成整体质量管理体系和全面质量管理思想,这样才能降低成本,以高品质的产品把握国际市场。
