高校是培养社会需要的“通才”和“专才”相结合的摇篮,也是改变人的素质的土壤。它的“细胞”班级,是造就人才的直接环境。所以保持良好的班风,培养合格人才,是党和人民赋予每位人民教师的根本任务和神圣责任,教师可以根据所处的位置和专长,发挥才能来实施应尽的职责。自81年以来,体育教研室委派了十一位教师担任不同专业的班主任,他们为争创“三好班”作出了应有的贡献,有些班级数学、外语统考获得全校、全市的前三名,被评为校市三好先进集体或精神文明班,仅82年有四位教师被评为优秀政治思
